Trying to eat healthier

I'm not a horrible eater but this past year I have been trying to eat healthier, here is what we have had lately...

Mixed fruit with homemade tortilla chips w/o salt.


Baby spinach, frozen blueberries, mango, orange juice.


Baby spinach, blueberries and grilled peaches.


Skim milk, broccoli, salmon and brown rice


Cream of wheat with 2 small pieces of tots with sugar free jam.
