This weeks blog is filled with updates as well as a spontaneous road trip!
Tae Kwon Do training is going well. We learned self defense techniques and reviewed forms. I still need to schedule time at a gym to work on my gymnastic skills. On Wednesday I had a training meeting at my job in South Jordan. I found out I will be getting a COACH shirt and also learned some spotting techniques. During my Gymnastics and Breakdance classes I picked a student of the month. For Gymnastics it was Payton and for Breakdance it was Mauri. Both excellent students who learn fast!
Something to look forward to on next weeks blog is Rebekah's first Dance Battle. Yup, she's trained and is now ready to show off what she's got! Our crew's name is "Nameless Bums" our competition is SQUARE Magazine. A local magazine that assembled a dance crew, so it will be a good stand off.
This week Anthony and the instructor taught me how to use nun chucks. One day I'll be as good as Anthony! ;o) This week Anthony and I also saw Kung Fu Panda. It is definitely a must see movie, full of laughs and a good message. (like all the other Dream Works movies...ha ha)

Also, Anthony surprised me after work on Friday and told me that we were going to Idaho for the weekend. I was SO excited! Here are some of the amazing things we did...

Went to monkey rock and chilled next to the river.
Went to AppleBees and had a superb meal.
Stayed at Uncle Toms and Aunt Kerry's and had a blast.
Practiced for the Dance Battle on Wed,
Learned a choreographed dance at a dance workshop.
Watched the movie Get Smart
We played fun games in their amazing backyard.
And went to a dance that C-Bass hosted.
Aunt Kerry made a delicious Brownie Banana Strawberry Pizza for my 19th Birthday...

"Oh you dont have one of these...thats to bad!"- Get Smart Quote

Tyson & C-Bass came along for the ride

Life is Good!
My good friend and roommate returned from his mission to Brazil and will be back in Provo in July so our Band will be up and running so expect some fun songs in the near future.
Coming this week: 46 Hours of work, 15 Hours of Training & Exercise, and more fun summer adventures from your favorite Duo- Anthony & Rebekah.
